Changed your mind? Ready-made pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Unused and in their original condition. Message us on WhatsApp or email and we'll arrange it; once the piece reaches us, your refund is processed within 5 working days.

Personalized and custom pieces (engraved names, made-to-order commissions) can't be returned unless they arrive damaged. They were made just for you.

Arrived damaged? Send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it or refund you fully, including shipping. No need to return the piece.

Every piece is handmade, so small variations in grain, weave and tone are part of its character, not defects. No two are ever alike, and that's the point.
